Help, I can't place an order!
There may be several reasons why you can't order. We recommend first reopening the website or using a different browser. If that doesn't work, please send us an email or message explaining the problem in as much detail as possible.
I placed an order, when can I expect it?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On average, your order will arrive within 1-2 business days. For other countries, this can take up to 5-7 business days.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. You can do this by sending an email to info@hilacollection.com. Please include your order number in each email/message. We will then ensure the refund is credited to your account as quickly as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it.
I want to return a product, how do I do this?
Want to return one or more items? First, check if you're eligible for a return. Then, click "Returns" under the "Information" heading at the bottom of the website to download the returns form. Print the form and read the instructions. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us by email at info@hilacollection.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDeal, PayPal, Sofort, Bancontact, and bank transfers. Would you like to pay using a different method? Send us an email.
What about shipping costs?
Orders over €80 enjoy free shipping as standard. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
