Shipping & Returns Policy
DISPATCH
We're doing our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day! If, for any reason, we're unable to meet this delivery time, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are as follows:
- €4.90 for orders within the Netherlands that fit through the letterbox.
- Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €50.
- Outside the Netherlands from €9.50.
Delivery will be made by PostNL mail carrier or parcel delivery person. Delivery usually takes place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Shipping to Germany, Belgium, France takes about 2-5 working days and is delivered via DHL.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll then receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Please note: for hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned. Personalized and engraved jewelry cannot be returned.
You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The costs for returning the product to our webshop are at your own expense.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior notification will not be processed.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Do you have a complaint about one of our products? It's naturally frustrating if you have one. We kindly request that you send us your complaint by email (info@hilacollection.nl). Please include your order number and the nature of your complaint. You can expect a response from us within 2 business days. We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.

Help, I can't place an order!
There may be several reasons why you can't order. We recommend first reopening the website or using a different browser. If that doesn't work, please send us an email or message explaining the problem in as much detail as possible.
I placed an order, when can I expect it?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On average, your order will arrive within 1-2 business days. For other countries, this can take up to 5-7 business days.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. You can do this by sending an email to info@hilacollection.com. Please include your order number in each email/message. We will then ensure the refund is credited to your account as quickly as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it.
I want to return a product, how do I do this?
Want to return one or more items? First, check if you're eligible for a return. Then, click "Returns" under the "Information" heading at the bottom of the website to download the returns form. Print the form and read the instructions. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us by email at info@hilacollection.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDeal, PayPal, Sofort, Bancontact, and bank transfers. Would you like to pay using a different method? Send us an email.
What about shipping costs?
Orders over €80 enjoy free shipping as standard. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
